Return Policy

If you need to return a product to us, please read the below information, which confirms our policy. If you have any questions relating to this, please either call our team on 01948 661623, email us at customerservice@supplyur.com, or refer to our terms and conditions.

For 14 days from the date of delivery we operate a warranty on the goods and we ask that you inform us of the defect as soon as the problem arises. After that period, we also recommend speaking to the manufacturer directly, as they offer a warranty and a dedicated customer service team. To request a free pre-paid returns label please email the above email address with your order details.

Please note that any product returned to us which you claim to be defective will be checked and verified by our technicians. Any returned goods that are not found to be defective will be returned to you and we may charge you for the returned transport costs via your original payment method or hold the item until full payment has been received by us for the return transport costs.

When we agree to accept an unwanted item back from you, this is for NEW products only that are in the same condition as delivered, i.e. seals have not been broken or where applicable the cellophane has not been removed. We reserve the right to issue you a re-stocking fee of 20% or higher of the goods sale price, which will be paid once the products have been confirmed as eligible for return.

If an item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48hours of delivery. If the item is visibly damaged upon delivery, please ensure that you sign for the delivery as damaged, the delivery agent will know how to do this.

Any product that you return to us are returned at your own risk, therefore you should take reasonable care that any items to be returned are fully insured, correctly addressed and adequately packed and, if it is agreed by us that you are returning them yourself rather than using our returns collection service, carried by a reputable carrier.

Alternatively please email customerservice@supplyur.com to request a pre-paid label.  We cannot refund return costs if our pre paid label has not been used.
